Now with the corona virus that is again spreading, one can take safety by different methods.
One method is to clean your hands often, before you eat, before you cook, before going to the store with soap. Wearing a mask might help as well but few do this as of now. You should wash your hands very clean and use a bit more time doing it than normal. When sneezing sneee with your hands on your face or sneeze else were there are no humans or animals. When greeting someone, dont use your hand, instead wave or greed by touching the one in his hand.
If the health appartment doesnt find a way to eliminate the virus it will most likely spread more out. Folowing laws and regulations from your state or goverment country, is needed. Some dont allow their citizens to go out and they need to stay in their homes for the time beeng.
Now that this year has had a an increase in corona virus infections worldwide, it is normal that many feel afraid of getting it and suffering from it making mental health a more important theme now than ever. Many tend to walk a bit afraid thinking they might be sick and many choose to stay home alone, though more safe for not becoming infected, the mental disorder risk is higher when one spends time alone than with friends and family.
You can phone your local mental health phone now and then and get answers to questions you may have. There are many sites to visit as well during the corona times that can give you help and valuable info.
